White leafy turnip is produced from September to May, exclusively in polytunnels, and distributed cyclically over 40 hectares.
We produce approximately 2.5 million bunches of white leafy turnip per season.
The product is harvested in the field, then washed and packaged in the factory in wooden boxes or reusable plastic boxes.
Our management of white leafy turnip production is based on the following ripening cycles:
– 50 days from sowing to harvest in spring and autumn;
– 75 days from sowing to harvest in winter.
