Pak choi is grown from October to May only in polytunnels, with production of 150,000 kg per season, on a cyclical rotation in 10 hectares of tunnels.
Pak choi is harvested in the field and then packaged in the warehouse, loose or in flowpack bags, and in single-use wood or reusable plastic boxes.
Our management of pak choi production is based on the following ripening cycles:
– 35-50 days from sowing to harvest in spring and autumn;
– 70-75 days from sowing to harvest in winter.
