Kohlrabi is produced from October to April.
Harvest is from November to March in polytunnels, and from October to April in the field.
Our production amounts to approximately 14.5 million items per season, grown in cyclical rotation on 130 hectares, 110 of which are tunnels and 20 open field.
Harvest is in the field, where the loose product is packed in single-use wooden boxes or reusable plastic boxes, depending on the customer’s needs.
Our management of kohlrabi production is based on the following ripening cycles:
– 60 days from transplant to harvest in autumn;
– 120 days from transplant to harvest in winter;
– 100 days from transplant to harvest in April.
