Daikon is produced from August to June, alternating open-field and polytunnel cultivation.
We produce some 6 million items each season, cyclically distributed over 120 hectares, of which 50 are tunnels and 70 open field.
The product is harvested in the field, then washed and packaged in the factory, in wooden boxes or reusable plastic, and can be loose or in flowpack bags.
Our management of daikon production is based on the following ripening cycles:
– 60-70 days from sowing to harvest in spring and autumn;
– 90-110 days from sowing to harvest in winter;
