Red mooli is produced from December to April, exclusively in polytunnels. Our production amounts to some 100,000 bunches per season.
Harvest is in the field, with washing and packaging in the factory, in single-use wooden boxes and reusable plastic boxes.
Our management of red mooli production is based on the following ripening cycle:
– 80 days from sowing.
